The POLEPLACE 12-Week Starter Course is the perfect place to begin your pole journey — no experience, strength, or flexibility needed. This is how we help you go from “I’ve never touched a pole” to “I feel strong, confident, and proud.”

How the Course Works

  • 12 Weeks – 2 guided sessions per week (or in your own pace)
  • 45–60 minutes per class – just like a real studio
  • Structured Progression – from warm-up to technique to cool-down

What You Need to Start Pole Dancing at Home

Training pole dance at home can be empowering, flexible, and safe – as long as you have the right setup. Here’s what we recommend:

  • A professional dance pole: We recommend a high-quality pole from brands like Lupit Pole or X-Pole. Make sure it’s safely installed and fits your space. Not sure which one to choose? Read our full guide on choosing your first pole.
  • Enough ceiling height: Ideally at least 2.4–2.5 meters for safe tricks and climbs.
  • Open space around the pole: So you can move, transition, and flow without hitting furniture.
  • Comfortable activewear: Shorts help with pole grip – and barefoot or heels depending on your style.

Once your space is set, you’re ready to join the journey. Our programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are – no studio needed.
