In just one session, you'll:

  • Learn a complete beginner-friendly pole flow – your first mini choreography

  • Feel supported, not judged – our safe space promise

  • Dance it at your own pace – with tips to adapt for your level

  • Get live feedback & Q&A – directly with your coach

Pole dancing can sometimes feel intimidating – especially in big studio classes.

In this live session, you'll learn a flow you can keep forever, in a space where beginners feel safe, seen, and celebrated. No pressure to be perfect – just movement, music, and joy.

Meet your coach Irina

Irina has been teaching pole dancing for over 10 years – but her favorite part has never been the tricks or the perfect photos. It's the moments when someone realizes: "I can actually do this."

She started POLEPLACE to create a space where beginners feel safe, supported, and celebrated – no matter their background, strength, or flexibility.

Her teaching style is warm, encouraging, and packed with little tips that make you think, "Oh… that's how it works!"

Love to see you live.

xoxo
Irina

"I couldn't believe I learned a whole flow in one class. The best part? I could keep practicing it after – and it actually felt like dancing, not just drills!"
